What service to use for substituting details?

Hi all.
There is the following situation: the client enters the site, clicks "buy", writes his TIN and an invoice for payment is created in pdf.
So, we need some kind of service (api) that will send us information about the payer, based on his TIN: checkpoint, company name.
What can you advise?
