What service can be used to make voice to text?
I would like (well, if possible):

• Russian language recognition
  
• mp3 files
  
• ideally HTTP API
  
• free/paid doesn't matter
  
• perfect quality is not needed, you need to roughly see what the conversation was about in the mp3 file
  

UPD: I tried Yandex Speech Kit on the advice of Alexander Pushkarev , I didn’t understand much. Are there any other options?
