What service \ calendar for organizing meetings in a corporate environment would you recommend?

In general, the idea is as follows.
Есть переговорная комната, которая периодически бывает занята. Есть пользователи с разными клиентами (Outlook, Thunderbird), которые эту комнату периодически занимают. Нужно организовать что-то наподобие общего корпоративного календаря, который показывал бы - занята сейчас переговорная комната или нет. Желательно с синхронизацией личного календаря пользователя. Допустим, пользователь создал встречу на время с 14:00 до 15:00 часов, добавил людей. А в это время, другой пользователь захотел создать другую встречу в этой же переговорке на 14:30. Нужно, чтобы у пользователя отображался статус переговорной комнаты и время на сколько её заняли. Как это можно организовать? Знаю, что через Exchange можно подобное организовать (встречи), но там уже вопрос цены встаёт... и не ясно, будет ли это работать не с Outlook.
Кто-нибудь организовывал что-то подобное? Поделитесь опытом, пожалуйста.

We probably did not do it according to science, but it was understandable for all participants ... and it worked on all mail clients ... We
created contacts - Negotiation1, Negotiation2, etc. and when scheduling a meeting, a meeting room was included in the list of mandatory participants. When making an appointment, all employees were required to look at the availability of resources, incl. meeting rooms ("Planning Assistant" button in Outlook). Conflicts due to meeting rooms have disappeared...
If necessary, you can appoint a person in charge (secretary) who would accept or refuse invitations to meetings on behalf of the meeting rooms (for example, in case several meeting rooms are periodically needed to meet unexpected visitors). In general, further any problems are completely resolved in a timely manner.

We somehow decided to remove the negotiation . There were also many applicants, and I noticed that they worked through the online registration form. We were automatically offered free days and hours via the link. Many masters from the service sector use such resources.
