What script to install on VPS (CentOS) to track file changes?

Hello!
Several dozen sites are hosted on VPS. What tool can monitor all site directories for file changes in order to track the introduction of malicious code in time?
There is an open antivirus Santi with the ability to control files, Manul and others, but they all work within 1 site (from the root directory and below).
Maybe there is a solution for multiple sites?
