What sas/sata controller do you recommend?

Hello.
Requires a sas / sata controller for 4 ports, sata drives will be connected, raid is not required. It is highly desirable that the smart is read by smartctl and the firewood is in the Linux kernel. Sata 6Gb/s.
I don’t want to buy Chinese for 500 rubles, but I didn’t find cheap controllers without a raid from eminent manufacturers (everything starts from 5-6k).
Can anyone advise a normal but not very expensive controller (2-3k)? Thanks.

Just look for a SATA HBA, I think you can find something at this price point.
