What's wrong with uploading files in nodejs?

In general, I'm suffering for a week, trying to upload photos to the server and the result is the same: an empty form comes to the server. Explain to me what am I doing wrong? I have already tried about 10 different middlewares. I tried to send data in different ways, but an empty form always comes to the server. You can see the code of my torment here .
