What's wrong with the menu after uploading to the hosting?

Hello.
I don't understand why this happened...
1. On LAN, in "Appearance" - "menu" there were additional menu items from arbitrary entries.

2. I installed the VP on the hosting, uploaded it through import from the local area. Then I updated the VP to 5.4.1.
3. I decided to change the item in the menu, I go in, and there ... only: "Add menu items" - Pages / Posts / Arbitrary links / Categories ...
4. In the "Menu structure" there is no possibility to add an additional class in the added menu

How to make it so that it was like before?
