Please tell me, I have created a rule in the "Rules for working with the basket" Make a 2% discount on all products, only for authorized users:

Problem: discount does apply throughout the site 2% for authorized users, and for unauthorized users it does not apply, except for the Shopping Cart. Even in incognito mode I look at the site, the discount is not applied to goods, but as soon as you add it to the Cart, a 2% discount is applied there anyway. Why is that?

Issue solution: Since unauthorized users go under an anonymous user, it is necessary to remove the "Registered users" group from the anonymous user.
