What's wrong with PyCharm?

Installed PyCharm to learn Python. And there was a problem how to use modules for python.
For example, I have a pyttsx module that I can easily install in the terminal sudo pip install pyttsx
But for some reason I can’t use it in the PyCharm program

try using a virtual environment. then it is convenient to mark all modules inside it.
