What's wrong with grub?
The essence of the problem lies in the fact that I decided to install ubuntu myself as a second OS. Now I have Win10 installed. I downloaded the iso image, made an installation flash drive, inserted it into usb, went into the BIOS, set the flash drive to unload in the first place, saved it, rebooted and I get the GNU GRUB console (it seems to be version 2.2, I downloaded the iso image from the official website, the latest version) . What to do? Before that, I wanted to install elementary OS and the same garbage was. Thanks in advance!

The image was written incorrectly.
Correctly burn the image, try using specialized programs
Or manually specify the path to the config
