What's wrong with explorer?

Good day! I ran into this problem and I don't understand what's going on. First, in Photoshop. I start drawing, let’s say a circle, and everything would be fine, but it doesn’t show it as soon as I select another element in the left menu .. let’s say a brush, the workspace seems to be updated, and the circle is visible, and so with other elements. Then, on the desktop of the PC, I delete the files .. it shows that all the files have been moved to the trash bin .. but they are still displayed on the desktop. As soon as I execute the "Menu => Refresh" combination, the files from the desktop disappear. Such an annoying problem. Has anyone come across this before, please let me know.
