What's wrong with composer?

Hello! I'm trying to clone the project https://github.com/samdark/yii2-shop for parsing . Everything would be fine, but at the composer install stage, an error pops up.

Also, for some reason, there was no vendor folder in the project, after the composer dump-autoload command, the folder appeared, but the error still appears. I have an open server, yii2 itself is installed normally, but this error occurs when cloning. What am I doing wrong?

The repository was last updated two years ago.
The message in the console says that the possible causes are:

typo in package name package
is not available in stable version, enough for your installation...

Maybe it would be faster and more correct to write to Alexander himself?
Try to just clone the repository and follow the advice from "GETTING STARTED"
