This happens on many sites, but not all. Terribly interferes with work.

Decided. turned off the built-in Flash in chrome on the advice of mukizu :
chrome://plugins/ и отключите гугловский flash(pepflashplayer)
And then I installed Adobe Flash for other browsers

No, gentlemen. after reboot - Chrome stopped feeling any flash except its own. Very strange.
And acc. the problem is back again.
