I created a project, created a script, opened vs, wrote the code and noticed that the unit still opens something there, although everything is open and working. The caption gets in the way. Does not disappear, although the unit and vs have already opened everything. This is not the first time. Almost every time I open the project and open the code, this inscription appears.

Uncle Bogdan, you would write a version of Unity. Maybe you are using the latest available and not stable LTS, and then all sorts of bugs are the norm. Maybe I connected some packages or something else, the screenshot, to put it mildly, is not informative. How long does this window stay? If this happens when creating a new empty project and not just 3D, but for example with HDRP, then this is normal. Where is the description after which the problem appeared and what solutions were taken? How many times has the editor reinstalled and reinstalled just do it? How many times have you reinstalled Windows?
