What's with the huge ads on Ucoz?

Please tell me, on some Ucoz sites I see such a huge banner. His Yukoz puts everything by default or is it a whim of webmasters? Where can I turn it off in the settings? (I don't have an Ucoz account, but I wonder if this rubbish can be removed)

He puts it to everyone, generally hell, if there is no ad blocker on the computer, I immediately close the site. Only they can be saved against this, and even with sound. It is especially a shame that they bought narod.ru, and there were many good sites there, and now this hangs on them.
