What's with spamming "someurl/some_image_dir/help1.php"?

Hello.
Who knows what new spam is, and whether it is widespread or whether I am so happy.
In half a day, three letters arrived, without specifying the sender, all the content is a link like http:// patchburg .de/catalog/images/icons/help1.php ( ! not recommended to go, protected by spaces! ). Domain zones are different, in my case - .de, .co.uk and .net End the same - folder images or images/icons and help1.php.
Gmail does not accept spam, and therefore became interested.

Gmail does not take a lot of things for spam, I have 5 percent of spam in my inbox.

Perhaps they found a hole in some standard engine and put the file everywhere in the same place, and now they send links.
