What's the best way to wrap a line?

For example, in the design of such a text. and how better and more correct to make a line break in this case.
As far as I know, it is undesirable to abuse br, to shove it into spans? Well, it also seems somehow inappropriate. Word break is not suitable everywhere. And making paddings through pseudo-classes for each element is somehow too tricky.

If you can't do without a line break, put it on. You can also add max-width to the width of the longest text, and in places where a new line begins, add non-breaking separators bortvlad.ru/html-verstka/mnemoniki-html-specsimvoly

If the text does not change and will not be static in the future, you can use br. If dynamic, then max-width as in the layout to help.
