What's going on with controllerbot telegram?

Recently, I can not create posts through bots in telegrams. It says " bot is not a channel admin " error . Tried to remove/add, but @ControllerBot after adding by administrator answers " Bot is not an administrator of this channel .", although the rights are maximum.
Updated everything in @BotFather - does not help.
