I use IntelliJ IDEA, namely this plugin: https://intellij-rust.github.io/
It works pretty well, but there is no debugger from the problems. It seems that it should work in separate editions of IDEA (for example, CLion), but so far there has been no need.

Not so long ago I debugged code using gdb with a web interface.
