What resources are there to learn technology quickly?

It's no secret that many books are diluted with water. The same goes for articles.
Although sometimes the most necessary things can fit on one sheet of A4.
Sometimes you just need to solve a problem, and you are forced to read a 50 page introduction, although you need a simple script to automate something.
The point is this. Is there any site with quick-starts?
Before the exam, there is enough cheat sheet for 2-3 pages to successfully pass the subject.
In general, we need a service where information on technologies without water will be compressed. Short and clear.
PS As a guide. Agurov's excellent book "C#. Collection of recipes."

It's all about LOGIC! Next is the ABC! And the principles of forming WORDS from it. Add some SENTENCE BUILDING with commas and all that bullshit.. and SHIT you now understand the basics. You don't have to learn C++ for five years and master the beauty of coding style. I hope I helped you.

Briefly and clearly
If only Wikipedia.
. And if you need 50-100 pages, then scream about the infringement of the rights of students and run to complain to the UN? If you need to debug a program in 10k lines, and you can’t keep more than 2-3 pages in your head at once? So maybe the students themselves are to blame for not teaching? It is impossible to force (infringement of rights).

Perhaps you should look at books on the development of speed reading.
