I'm not very good at this, but something like Bitrix24.
In short, this is all created for a certain circle of people working in one of the industries and engaged in development, and the introduction of new technologies in this area. The main task of this platform will be the discussion of news related to this industry, the publication of various standards, scientific papers, articles, books that should be available only to this group of people. Over time, this should turn into a small closed online archive with categories of these same articles, works, books and id.
