What ready-made chats are there on node.js?

I am writing a web application on node.js, I need a chat, I don’t want to reinvent the wheel and write from scratch myself, I looked for packages on npm.js, there are a lot of them, but all of them have not been supported for more than 2 years, there are some ready-made modern solutions ?
