What python libraries to use to create a program for analyzing telegram channels?

Advise python libraries for working with telegram. It is necessary not to create another bot, but to analyze how posts are reposted between telegram channels on similar topics. That is, to have functionality that allows you to parse posts in some channel, then look at each one, whether it is a repost, if it is a repost, then from where, and so on. If there are multiple options, write them all so you can choose the one that is easier to code. I tried Telethon, but as I understand it, it is not provided for this and its documentation is confusing.
