What proxy services are better and more reliable for the scraper?

Advise proxies for using them for the parser, that is, I parse using curl_multi_init () PHP, so that ip is not banned, I use proxies, now I use free proxies, but they are either slow or not working at all, in general, not very much. Interested in proxies, most likely paid ones (free cheese ...), and if anyone came across, which ones are better, where there are more lists, where they are more working, where they change more often, etc.

But some sites block all exit Tor nodes
