What projects to write for portfolio in Java?

I have been studying Java for 1.5 years already, I am well acquainted with Java core, I am aware of Spring and Hibernate, I know Spark a little.
What projects should be done for the portfolio, because it turns out that I study technologies, apply them separately from each other. but it doesn't make any sense.
