Hello, I learned a couple of libraries, and the flask framework and the syntax of the Python language, but I don’t know what projects to do. I have been studying python for 9 months. I have only made a backdoor, a warrior, an mp3 player, a telegram bot (parses information from habrfreelance)

Do what you learned programming for. Have you studied Python for software development? Here, you can make copies of popular programs. For example, when I didn't know what to think of something interesting for my coursework, I made a mini version of Photoshop using C++ and Qt. Received an excellent rating.
I can offer you a calculator (it's trite, but you can add additional functions that are not found in ordinary calculators, like solving equations or solving algebraic expressions (those that have both numbers and letters)), a simple diary (it would be a plus if there are notifications ).
