What project to write in Django?

I want to create a personal Django project for 1) library testing and 2) portfolio. I'm not new to Django, all my repositories are on Bitbucket and I can't access them. A personal project will remain private in the first place, but will be open. I would like to make a kind of harvester with 10 arms, in which I will try everything I can, so that at the same time I can show it to employers. Tools that will definitely be used from the very beginning: Django 1.11, Celery / Redis, rest framework, ubuntu, nginx / gunicorn + I will try "cool" batteries during development. As a first experience, I want to tie something on websocket + simple front-end.
The main question I want to ask here is what is better to write, i.e. what subject of the project to choose, so that it is interesting, in demand. For example e-commerce.

@un1t

The question is clearly newbie. The goal is to train or as a portfolio for the employer?
e-comment is really in demand, write some kind of aggregator of goods like Yandex Market. or an online store with a complex structure, filters (facets) for any product characteristics.
PS Yes, what the hell is this junga for you, it's time to write something on the blockchain)
