Any where you need to upload files.
If practically - in any chat / social network / comments you can attach a file or picture to a message - this is where uploading files comes in handy.
If from an enterprise, all forms for uploading scanned documents work through a similar code.
If abstract - make a file hosting service where you can download the downloaded file from the link
