What programming language to learn for Android NDK?

I set out to learn how to code for Android NDK and not only for it.
There is a choice between C and C++. Is it worth it to devote time to the first or immediately start with the second?
I know the differences between them only superficially: C is the ancestor of C ++, and there is no OOP in it.
What is the difference between them in terms of native development?

If you know how to do it in C, then you can also do it for Mac and iOS.
Because the objective-C is compatible with C.
Everything in the world is done in C))
