What programming language to choose for the web?

Good afternoon, dear colleagues!
The essence of my problem is the following. I'll explain in more detail so that everything falls into place.
Graduated from college, specialty Maintenance of computer equipment and computer networks.
After college, I worked for a couple of months as an Assistant System Administrator, after the army I got a job in the same position, but I got some experience there, so to speak superficially, namely WinServer 2008, 2012, and related services, AD, DHCP, DNS, TS, Print, Xen, IIS, SQL. But without going into details! The sysadmin from the central office said what to do and how to do it ==> Did it.
That's all the experience gained in a year.
So. Considering once again the vacancies on the "well-known" portal, there are enough vacancies for the System Administrator, but they also demand "Mom, don't worry!" everything! Also work with users - fix it there, fix it here, it doesn't work here, it doesn't click here. And be kind = 50-60 thousand, thank you, hold on!
In general, no matter how many books I try to read, I don’t try to watch courses, TOTAL ==> It doesn’t pull me to admin.
Pulls me more towards WEB.
Studied a couple of books about HTML / CSS, so to speak the basics.
I got a course from GeekBrains "The Profession of a Web Developer", namely:
1. HTML / CSS
2. PHP_1
3. PHP_2
4. JavaScript
5. NodeJS
6. AngularJS
7. YII2
But, as I understand it, there is also most likely a surface, BUT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS ??
In general, PEOPLE, Help, confused. I want to develop towards web-development, where to start, where to go? What to linger on and go deeper? What is the most popular web programming language in these realities? Prospects?

And if there are Very Kind People, and they will write out the program in more detail, from A to Z, then I will generally be immensely grateful!
Thanks in advance! I really hope for your support and advice, otherwise my head is already swollen, I don’t know which way to go and what I’m striving for ... (
ZY Forgive me if something is wrong, or the topic is repeated, for the first time here ((You can even poke your nose :)

@Stanislav_Inkognitov

There is a front-end: HTML/CSS/JS
There is a back-end: PHP/mysql
There is a hosting configuration: apache/nginx/php/mysql
In principle, as you learn it, you will be able to create websites.
The main thing is to learn well the architecture of building web applications and data exchange protocols.
