What programming language should be chosen for the implementation of the underwater vehicle motion system?

Hello, I need expert advice.
The theme of the diploma is "The system for modeling the movement of an underwater uninhabited vehicle." That is, there should be 3-4 algorithms for the movement of an underwater vehicle. Among the movement algorithms: two methods of entering the trajectory (Patage element) and two algorithms for following waypoints. The system must take into account the basic laws of physics, movement under water, and there must be a reference trajectory, and in the end they must be compared. It should be possible to enter parameters if it is a trajectory (coverage element), in case of waypoints, their coordinates. Plus a small animation of the movement of the underwater vehicle, mb some kind of obstacles.
Questions:
1. How difficult is it to implement this system and is it advisable at all, if you have other options, offer, with at least a minimal justification?
2. In what programming language is it better (easier) to do this?
3. How long does it take to implement?
4. How much will the implementation of such a system cost, if ordered?
5. Wouldn't it be easier to do all this in matlab / simulink, if so, how much time and money will it take?
ps I apologize in advance if something is not correct. Thank you)

1) Depends on your knowledge, skills, abilities and motivation. I've been working here for two months with a break.
2) The one you know best.
3) It depends on you personally, I'm not a psychic. Theoretically, you should fit in 6 months, since that's about the same amount of time in a semester
4) As you can agree, this site is offtopic. There, in addition to the system itself, you will also need the text of the term paper itself, and most importantly, stuffing the missing knowledge into your head so that you can defend this case.
