Before going to bed, I ironically watch wildlife.
From programming, I don’t even know what to advise.
If you read before going to bed, the brain will get excited and you will not be able to fall asleep (at the institute I read political economy in order to fall asleep faster). Therefore, it is better to read foreign languages, because. just foreign words and phrases will be written on the crust, and this is what you need.
How is it, “you don’t sit”, I can lie down, a laptop on my chest.
And in general, if you want to improve so directly, then you need to work, and do non-trivial things, for fundamentality you need to broaden your horizons, before going to bed I have to read and think, because the day after tomorrow is the deadline, it is advisable not to disrupt, but I still don’t even fully imagine what and how to do.
What are the themes? Code quality, architecture, technology?
