Hello, I was studying After Effect for the sake of such animation

And in the end I came to a dead end, that there is not a single lesson on such animation, only the Duik plugin with 5 second character twitch.
I started looking for programs and lessons for such animation, I can’t find a suitable program and lessons all the more. I would be grateful if you could help me find a program and a couple of lessons. Thanks in advance!

Usual skeletal 2d animation. And cheap.
Can be done in anything where there is skeletal animation.

Xs as you were looking for, but for the same Duik found guides.
But I think Adobe animate is better for this.
