What program to use to share the screen?

Hello.
There are 2 computers. One on Windows 8.1 (more powerful), the other on Debian 8 (weaker).
I need to share the screen of the first computer to the second computer. Since it is planned to work with a rather heavy application on the first computer, the demonstration through the same Skype is not suitable (the program starts to sag very much).
What is all this for? I need to record video from the screen without delay for live broadcasting. The video will be broadcast from the second PC, where the sound from the first PC will also be received.
Any ideas or suggestions?
