What program to create a virtual machine to choose?

Hello. I want to play around with ArchLinux. To do this, I want to create a virtual machine on x64 windows to do everything on it.
in the end I want to install what happens next to Windows (if possible). Can I then make an image and install it via a flash drive?
Please advise which software is suitable for this. experience is only with virtualBox, but it only supports x32.
