What program is best for drawing a database schema?

I design a database on MS SQL. The project is described in Excel, but I want to visualize it all.
The main part is already programmed along with the foreign keys.
What is the most convenient and clear way to describe the database?

Well, if the task is just to draw, then the good old ErWin))
In general, I strongly advise you to get acquainted with the Sybase Power Designer product - a powerful tool and visualizer and programming, even from an existing database. Supports quite a lot of DBMS.

And why do not you like the possibilities of Management Studio itself?

By far my favorite data modeling tool is ERBuilder . it is very easy to use, you can master it in less than 5 minutes thanks to its intuitive interface. It supports multiple DBMS including MS SQL Server. There is a free version of the tool, otherwise you can use the commercial version for a trial period (15 days I think).
