What program did you use to make the video from the screen?

Good afternoon.
What program is used to make such cuts of video ?
Interesting from the video:
- a smooth transition between windows
- a smooth increase in the part of the window with the code
- well, there is a trick in the swing, but it makes you sick :-)
I installed ScreenFlow on Mac, but I did not find such a slicing functionality. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place...

As far as I remember, Sorax said that he did all this in after effects.
