What program converts from mp3 to txt?
All the best, dear experts!
Tell me please, who knows if there are programs for ubuntu that can convert mp3 to text?
There are services on the Internet (I don’t know how well they work), but I would like a local program that recognizes Russian speech and is able to save it in a txt, docx file, even in excel. :)

Under Linux, no.
The ones that do exist would be better off if they didn't exist.
And online services are far from perfect.
There are no programs, and the work of services is still far from satisfactory.
If there are any (more or less decent services), then they are paid.
So far, the state of affairs in the handwriting and voice recognition industry leaves much to be desired. It works well only after being trained on a specific handwriting / voice, and without it it is buggy. Well, it would be nice to limit the dictionary to known words.
In addition, for good - such a recognizer should take into account the context. Those. if we are talking about a topic, then the recognizer should understand: the probability of the appearance of certain words increases dramatically. But it seems to me that this has not yet been screwed there.
