Actually, in some programs, Russian names are often displayed like this -
As far as I know, this is because their encoding is windows 1251, and not in UTF-8.
On android, I treated it with the help of the free ID3Fixer program in a couple of seconds. Is there something similar on PC.? Just to select a few songs and fix them, and not suffer from the 1st one...
