Such a condition is required for certain needs. What I would like to add is that the ips are different, that is, the program should probably have a built-in parser of proxy servers.
I found a proxyswitcher - it fits in many ways, but there is no function to constantly change ip at a certain interval.
Also Hide IP Platinum - but only 2 ips of the American zone alternated there, 1 of them was non-working. And in the ru zone there was only 1 ip.
Tell me if there is a software more satisfying to the needs? Or am I in the right direction, just worth digging deeper?

look towards add-ons to FF, there are all sorts of proxyfox, I don’t know what they have with "once a minute"

I somehow used the iMacros addon for FF - I collected .txt with a list with a proxy checker, then I wrote a script for the addon that opened it, clicked on the "vote" button, took the next proxy, reloaded the page, clicked again and so on in a circle.
And then I realized that it was easier to pay 1 cent per vote on wmmail.ru and stopped reinventing the wheel.
