What prevents me from using the library on the server if I don't have permission to use it?

Let's say there is some open-source library, the license of which does not allow using it for commercial purposes. What prevents me as a developer from using it for commercial purposes, who and how will reveal this?

First of all, conscience
Someone spent time writing a library, and believes that if you make money with his library, then it's worth sharing a little and buying a commercial license. Or write your own library.
The consequences are unknown. From nothing, then a drop in the company's reputation, or you never know what in the open-source library for bookmarks can be.
