What preprocessor grids do you use?

Tired of garbage in html, perfectionism takes over. What preprocessor grids would you recommend. And the accompanying question is whether you use a project builder like Gulp, and mb someone just uses Compass and manually collects it. I want to understand the pros and cons, I like a clean compass, but some of the Galp chips are attractive in the likeness of concatenating library scripts, I don’t understand how to pull everything into one file in the compass, not manually. (not using koala or kodkit)

npm scripts can also be used without gulp. :-) Set up the execution of the minimum set - ES6 transpilation, minification, concatenation of css and js files, image optimization. Those after the usual manual creation of the project create a version for production.
