What (preferably offline) wallet to use for altcoins?

Good evening!
I found offline wallets only for some (top) cryptocurrencies - there are only a few of them.
what about altcoins? On the exchanges, we can purchase hundreds of unpopular currencies, there is a function of their withdrawal to wallets and deposit to the account. But where can I get the same (preferably offline) altcoin wallet? For example TAXI?
I'm confused right now, please clarify.
Thank you!

taxi is not a cryptocurrency, but an ethereum-based token, any of its wallets will do, for example, the popular thin MyEtherWallet (save the html locally and open it in a browser).
ALL cryptocurrencies have a blockchain and, accordingly, software, if this is not the case, then this is not a cryptocurrency, but another rubbish from the exchange (futures of recent bitcoin forks, for example), it is most reliable to take official software from github for each cryptocurrency and, for greater reliability, collect from source codes (on linux machines, this is usually not difficult) but you will have to download its entire blockchain.

Your example is quite exotic, most of these shitcoins can only be stored on exchanges, but there is an element of a lottery in this.))
From multicurrency, I personally like Exodus (download http://exodus.io): there are HD addresses, backup, export of private keys , supports most of the coins from the top20, there is a version for poppy.
