What plugin to use to optimize opencart by google page speed?

What modules are you using? For example, for minification and combining css + js, maybe something for webp, etc...?
I never worked with opencart, but I searched on the Internet, I didn’t see anything sensible, there are a couple of paid ones for $ 100, but it’s not clear what it is in general and what you actually pay for, since the plugin has 2-3 reviews
