What plugin for Visual Studio Code changes the filename in all files?

Can you please tell me if there is such a plugin for Visual Studio Code to change the file name in all project files?
PS if you want to change the name of the file, so as not to look for where it is used and where this file is imported, but simply change it in one place and so that the editor understands this and changes it everywhere.

Normal renaming or Ctrl+R (2 times) - changes the name everywhere. No plugins required.
