What plugin can be used to send ready-made emails with a time interval?

Good time of the day,
actually a subject, you need a good plugin with the ability to send 4 messages after recording.
There is a date, say 06/1/16, a person enters email, he needs to send the last message a week before, two weeks before the penultimate one, a month before the second and half a year before the first.
it is possible and vice versa, after recording in a week, a month, half a year, etc.
