What PHP framework do you recommend for writing regular websites?

Hello! Right now I am writing a simple site on the Lumen Micro-Framework, but this is a little wrong since Lumen was created for writing APIs. Using Laravel is very stupid. Why ? He's a GIANT :)
What framework would you recommend? Here in Lumen, I really like the Blade template engine from Laravel.

To write ordinary sites, you need to use CMS - Wordpress, ModX, Drupal, etc.
From frameworks (for sites, not web applications) - Yii 2
