What personal data of the creator can remain in the properties of web page files?

Hello,
a newbie question, please do not hiss:
what personal or personal data can the system leave in the file properties when creating a web page?
For example, I create a simple site from several pages on html + css + js, does the system (in my case, Mac Os) leave any traces in the file properties that allow you to determine their creator? For example, the username of an account? Can such traces remain in images (jpg, png, etc.) processed in the system for use on the site?
I know that Microsoft Office puts the author and the company in the properties of its files, hence the question was born, is there something similar with other formats?
Thanks in advance, I already have a tinfoil hat :)

@Bobert88

For text formats - none. All parameters such as creation time and so on are stored in the file system journal.
