It’s just that if Bitrix is also installed on the local 1C, then some additional settings are definitely needed, since they are connected via http(s)://domen.ru/bitrix/admin/1c_exchange.php and this is exactly what is prescribed in the 1C settings. And since you probably have just "bitrix/admin/1c_exchange.php" written in the connection settings, this may be the root of the problem.
In short, there is not enough data to solve the problem, and Apache may not have anything to do with it at all.
