What percentage of tasks when developing in python/django do you cover with ready-made solutions?

Good afternoon. I recently started learning django and realized for myself that this is just the perfect tool for creating both simple and complex websites. But I wonder if I, a novice developer, can use ready-made solutions to create more or less complex sites with non-standard functionality for a customer?

You won’t be able to with non-standard functionality, because it is, in fact, non-standard and there are no ready-made solutions for it by definition.

90% that everything is already written for you.
The more you cover with ready-made functionality, the better.
